IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not offer refunds in any case. We only offer replacements for defective items or exchanges for sizing issues.
1. Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it for you.
2. Exchange for Sizing Issues
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If the size of the product you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size.
- Eligibility Window: You must notify us and initiate the exchange process within 4 days of receiving your product.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned to us in its perfect, unused condition.
- Packaging: All original price tags and packing materials must be intact and included with the return.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item.
- Process: To initiate a size exchange, please contact us with your Order Number and the new size you require. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Conditions for All Returns and Exchanges
All items returned for either replacement or exchange are subject to the following strict conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Price tags, original packaging, and any free gifts must be included with the returned item.
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
- Rejection of Return: If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the replacement or exchange, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Items eligible for return, replacement, or exchange must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. We will not entertain any such request after this 2-day period.
4. How to Initiate a Replacement or Exchange

- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the reason for the return (defect or sizing issue), and the replacement/exchange item you need.
- Ship the Product: You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. For sizing exchanges, please ensure you include your payment for return shipping, or it may delay your exchange.
