Order Processing and Handling
The time it takes to prepare your order depends on the type of items you've purchased:

This processing time is required for quality control, packaging, and handing your parcel over to our courier partner.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, our courier partner will handle the delivery.

Courier Delivery Time: The typical delivery time is 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:

For Our Own Designs: 2 Working Days (Processing) + 3-5 Days (Delivery) = 5 to 7 Days

For Custom Designs: 4 Working Days (Processing) + 3-5 Days (Delivery) = 7 to 9 Days
Important Shipping Notes

Working Days: Our processing times refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Delays: While we strive to meet all timelines, delivery times are estimates. Opulent Palette is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen issues (such as extreme weather or strikes).
